UEFA-qualified coaches · 20+ years’ combined coaching
About Future Stars
UEFA-qualified coaches with over 20 years of combined coaching experience, working in partnership with Welling United.
Who we are
We are UEFA-qualified coaches with over 20 years of combined coaching experience.
Our fundamentals are built on developing top talent, from grassroots level through to the professional game.
That experience shapes everything we do. We understand how the pathway works at each stage, so we coach with it in mind, whether we are working with one player, a small group or a whole team.

Players improve when they enjoy it
Our philosophy is simple: young players develop fastest when they love the game and train with purpose.
Enjoyment comes first
Football should be fun. Players who enjoy training turn up, try new things and keep playing for longer, and that is where real progress starts.
Structure that helps
Every session has a clear plan and a clear purpose. Players know what they are working on and why, so practice builds week on week instead of starting again each time.
Technical development
Strong fundamentals are the foundation: first touch, passing, ball mastery and decision-making. We build them step by step, at a pace that suits each player’s age and ability.
Fun and structure are not opposites. Done well, each supports the other, and that is how grassroots players grow into top talent.
